Process Flow
The client initiates a request for sample collection through Kartavya’s platform or designated communication channels. Scope of work, cities, and raw materials required for sample collection are pre-defined based on the client’s requirements.
Upon receiving the request, Kartavya assigns a dedicated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to the project, ensuring personalized assistance and streamlined communication.
Kartavya’s SPOC identifies the suitable phlebotomist from its pool of trained healthcare workers based on the location, schedule, and specific requirements of the job.
In cases where materials are required for sample collection from a designated location, the phlebotomist collects the materials before proceeding or if purchase is required to be done from local market then phlebotomist will purchase the material before proceeding.
The assigned phlebotomist reaches the designated location on the scheduled date and time. The phlebotomist is equipped with the necessary materials and equipment for sample collection as per the predefined list.
After collecting the sample, the phlebotomist ensures proper handling and packaging to maintain sample integrity. If the nearest diagnostic centre is pre-defined, the sample is delivered there for processing. Otherwise, it is appropriately couriered to the lab for analysis.
Customization and Layering
